Hi Experts,

I have a request from my user about posting payroll results to FI. An employee is missed from posting in september 2011. They have realised now that this employee is missed from posting run and want this employee's earnings and deductions to be posted to FI now. Could you please tell me if this is possible? is there any alternative way for this?

Dear Shilpa,

It is possible but you should assure that, Employee was not posted to FI.

steps:

Rerun actual payroll for that employee

generate simulation document

generate actual document

and then post.

Hi

If your current month payroll control record is in exit mode then you can post the previous month postings.

While selecting the posting run enter the Payroll area and choose other period and post it.

I guess you might taken a selection or excluded an Ee in the last posting otherwise if the py results are available and you post by PY area then Ee might already posted.
