Error when opening Information Design Tool

Hi,

  I'm now facing an error when opening Information Design Tool. It works before but just fail recently. Please help. Thanks.

Hi Victor,

Was there any kind of crash in IDT you have encountered before you got this error?

Try to rename the workspace directory to something else.

e.g.

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\.businessobjects\bimodeleter_14

Rename the workspace folder to workspace.bak

--> Try to open IDT again.

--> Confirm if this is working.
