Check validity of an account with CRM_PARTNER_BADI

Hi, in our CRM WebUI we have to check the validity of the partner within an account.

The SAP Support suggest us to use the BAdI CRM_PARTNER_BADI.

But when i debug the BAdI and set the parameters EV_VALID_TIME and EV_USE_TIME_DEPENDENCY manually, nothing is happened.
