How we configure single sign off and login restriction

Hi,

1) Currently we configure SSO in EP server between R/3, BI ,CRM and it is working fine and all three server open in new window through one portal id.

When we log off particular portal id, it successfully log off but the server which in already open in new window not log off and working fine if we execute any T- Code.I want when the user ID is log off all server which open in new window also log off.

Please give me solution or any configuration doc for this....

2) we want restriction for the user login in portal means single user login single portal id, we want restrict multiple login and display message for this.

Please give me solution or any configuration doc for this....
