MDM 5.5 - How to know the creation date of a user (MDM Console)

Hello Experts,

in the MDM Console, the table Users is available, providing a list of users with their roles.

But, in this table, the Creation Date info is missing.

I need to know exactly the creation date for each user.

Where can I find this information in MDM?

Please, consider that the MDM release I am working on is 5.5.

Hi Patrizia,

As far as i know, Creation timestamp of User is not stored in MDM console system.

What you can try is to check Database tables if there are any details related to creation timestamp.

If there is no information in Data base tables as well, then you won't be able to fint the creation date and time of user.

It could only be stored in Description field for user but you would need to manually mention creation date when you create any user in MDM.

Hi Patrizia,

As suggested above you can try accessing DB table A2i_CM_Users and that along with meta data information of entries of this tables you can know when a entry was created.

I think you will have to do a bit of home work on which table holds the meta data of users.

Hello everybody,

thank you for your preciuos suggestion. I checked the DB tables as suggested but, unfortunately, I didn't get the information I need.

The creation date of the user is not available but, starting from today, I will add manually this information in the "Description" field, as kindly suggested by Ankush Bhardwaj.
