contract list report

i want to run a contract list report that will include the release code and release code description cos my client wants to know who actually releases a particular contract

you can use Tcode-ME3M for contract list by Materials & select required field from layout.

Hi,

Can cross check table CDHDR by entering ME35 in T.code field & your contract number object ID field  and execute!

Also find out the purchasing document changes in program RM06EAV1 in t.code:SE38

As such there is no standard report fulfilling your requirement.

However you can join various tables such as EKKO-EKPO etc to run a query for said report.

so when i display a contract to check the release strategy, the release code description is not showing i can only see the release code and my client wants to know the person that actually approved the contract and not by the code alone.attached is the screen shot

we had this discussion already, the pop-up in the old non-enjoy transactions does not have the description. you are freee to modify this pop-up or to ask SAP if they are willing to enhance it like it is done in the enjoy transactions.

a release code is assigned to one or more people via the user roles. so you wont get the peoples name in that pop-up.

to see who has actually released  the document you have to call the change log.

Hi,

There are no standard reports available to fetch the details through Release Codes. As the table EKKO only stores the Release Group (FRGGR) field in it and not the Release Code there. The release codes are stored in a separate grid structure MEREL_S_GRID1 which has the details of the code (FRGCO). When the contract is created and checked the system fetches the release strategy details based on the Release Group and this Release Group in turn has the details of the of the Release Codes.

Now for your query, do a search like this:

Go to SE38, run the report RSSCD100 with Object Class "EINKBELEG" and Object ID "PO Number" and also Table "EKKO"

Now, what we are looking for is, each time a person approves the Release the Release Status changes with the approver. Now, using the field FRGZU you should be able to cut short the Release Statuses in this report. This report displays all changes done in a document with the User name and the transaction being captured.

though this report is helpful but its not giving me what i actually wanted.my client wants to see the release code description but when a contract is displayed it only shows the release code but the owner of the code is not showing.Attached is the screen shot
