Data source of current alerts of remote managed system in CEN system

We have configured one of our systems with CCMS and technical monitoring to capture alerts from all managed system connected to the central system.We are able to get alerts in the CEN system but we want the data sorce of those alerts. As in they might be stored at any location in the CEN system. I have searched every table , package etc. but can't find the source.

Initially it is stored in the shared memory, after confirm the alerts are moved to DB

check this Automatically Complete Alerts (SAP Library - The Alert Monitor)

The corresponding DB table ALALERTDB.

Please check.
