System cannot display G/L line items for historical data

I want to show G/L line item display in display balances report in

production. These are P/L line item. However, system cannot show line item

display for these G/L.

Dear Friend

Please try to run the program RFSEPA01 to Switch On Line Item Display. Please Block the GL account for posting before running the program, you dont need to to enter the document number there. We have to run this program if we have changed to line item display for a gl account after posting has been made, then only the old line item will be updated in the table.

2 things to check

If it is the very old data, it might have been archived.

2nd, check which report you are referring to....

FBL3N, FAGLL03, FAGLB03
