Available quantity without safety stock

Hi,

We have created safety stock as virtual requirement in APO PPDS. (by maintaining value "2" in planning version in safety stock field).

Now the the safety stock is shown as just requirements element without consuming stock and MRP considering this as requirement when planning and that is fine.

Now we want to see the Available quantity (or  projected onhand quantity) at any given point in time with out deducting safety stock value.

but system is showing available quantity after deducting the safety stock value in product view.

Is there any way we can see available quantity of reciepts (stock + reciepts) with out safety stock deduction in product view?

Hi Krish,

You may update the standard selection rule 'SAP00002' i.e. SAP requirements and stocks to exclude category SR 'Safety Stock as requirement' in consideration of available quantity in product view's elements tab.

Please refer the SAP documentation of this task for additional details.

You also need to use this selection rule in the user settings of product view (User settings -> Orders tab)

Hi Tho,

In ATP check control -> scope of check, I've found ATP category CB for safety stock.If you include it and check the "ATP" tab in product view, the situation should be different from "Elements" tab.
