Accessing SWF file from outside local Network.

Senario:

Using SMTP Crystal reports instance containing SWF file will be email outside the local network.

Issue:

Not able to send the the instance outside out local intranet / network. Getting error as :

address error. [CrystalEnterprise.Smtp]: [Error sending address(es) to SMTP server. Return code: [SMTP 550 - Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable.]. Reason: [----@-----.com].]

Hi Ali,

Do you get the same error message while acessing the dashboard based on CR "on demand" not on Instance???

Also, Do you get the same error with webI report based on instance.
