This is just few cents. You need to talk to target system and get details about connection parameter values like Queue name, jndi lookup name for the connection factory etc. Once you get all those details use jms receiver adapter and configure those details and test. Please also check whether any jms drivers requires for it. If so install it in the PI server too.
