Was able to post Inventory Movement even Internal Order Budget has not yet been carry forward

Hi All,

May I ask your assistance regarding this one. We have encountered events where the system allowed posting of Inventory Movement even the Internal Order Budget has not been yet carried forward to fiscal year of of the posting date. Can you give us step by step procedures on how to correct our set up?
