SC not disappearing from POWL

Hi Friends,

   User has raised a shopping cart, ordered, received & invoiced too but the shopping cart is not disappearing from his POWL yet. In filter settings, there is not check for "include completed orders" then how system is displaying this completed shopping cart yet. Strange is only this completed shopping cart is showing in his POWL other completed orders were disappeared.

  Note: one line from this shopping cart has been deleted in follow on documents and its been deleted in shopping cart too.

  Could you please tell me, whether completed shopping carts will disappear from POWL? and what is the solution for my issue above?

Hi All,

  Could you please tell me, how the system comes to know whether shopping cart is completed? will it check all PR/PO/GR/IR has been completed? is the final invoice and delivery completed indicator

mandatory for completion of shopping cart? please reply.

Hi Prasad ,

Since I am also facing the same issue now , are you able to find the solution for that ? ( to disappear the SC ( partially completed and partially deleted items )

Hello Prasad,

In that shopping cart which is not disappearing do you see Related documents (i.e. PO, GR and IR?).

There could be issue that BBP_GETSTATUS_2 did not pick up this cart as it was older then the time frame you are executing the job.

Hi Ritesh,

   Yes i could see the follow on documents for this shopping cart. Its in status with " Follow on documents created". Is this standard that completed shopping cart will disappear from POWL automatically?

Hi,

Please check whether the same shopping cart is appearing in application monitor in person who has the relevant role.

This may help you to find out the exact reason this problem.

And also confirm is this happening for only one user or all user.

At last please refer the below link for POWL auto refresh. I suspect could be related to refresh is not happening properly.

Hi Prasad,

It is standard behavior whenever shopping cart is fully complete it should not display in POWL.

Please check Note 1309190 - Deleted items are displayed in Shopping Cart POWL queries as you mentioned that there is one line item in SC is deleted. Please check if the note code is implemented for Class /SAPSRM/CL_PDO_SO_SEARCH_SC_2 --> Method /SAPSRM/IF_PDO_SO_SEARCH_SC_2~EXECUTE_SEARCH.

As this note specify that if you have selected include completed shopping cart but as you mentioned that you have not selected include completed shopping cart button.

Hi Ritesh,

Sorry for late reply, was busy with other tickets. Regarding the above note, it has mentioned that including shopping box is checked. But in my condition, it is not checked and the line item in shopping cart is deleted and other line items are received and paid.
