DSO activation Problem

Hi all,

While I am activating DSO populated from 2LIS_13_VDHDR, I receive an error in the job screen

ABAP Processor....

               MESSAGE_TYPE_X

at ST22

          Information on where terminated

    Termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLSPBT" - in "SPBT_INITIALIZE".

    The main program was "RSODSACT1 ".

    In the source code you have the termination point in line 53

    of the (Include) program "LSPBTU01".

    The program "SAPLSPBT" was started as a background job.

I tried activating datasource at r3 and replication of metadata at bw side and re activate DSO and transformations and done the data loading again,

but no way

any idea folk?

Hi Eddy,

If data is huge in DSO, then there may be chance for DSO activation.

In order to activate the DSO,

Option1: Delete DSO content and activate the DSO and reload.

Option2: Create copy DSO and move the DSO content to copy DSO, then delete the content in DSO and activate. then again reload the data from copy DSO to DSO.
