SAP Data Archiving

Dear All,

we would like to setup the SAP Data Archiving process in ECC 6.0 system.

Is there any "SAP license"  is required for setup Data Archiving process in existing ECC system.?.

Hi Thirumalai,

There is NO additional license requirement to setup Data Archiving for your existing ECC system, you've already paid for the license of ECC and now the data getting populated on the system belongs to your company and you are planning to keep your data  only for later required usage.

Hi Tiru,

I don't think you need any special license to archive the data through SARA t-code.
