Project delivery CNS0, not picking the Project Stock

Hi All,
While processing a ETO scenario, with creating delivery from project, system not picking the project stock.
There is a reservation created from project and unrestricted stock present against project after doing GR from production order.

Material reservation is created with Mov Type 281 with any special stock indicator for FERT material type.

Please let know what may be the issue?.

I checked the stock is present in MMBE report for WBs.

And sales order type setting for delivery type is LP.

check sales order type setting for delivery type.

that should be LP for delivery from Project.

if that is ok then please share some screenshot from settings.

check first mmbe report is there stock available on wbs if yes then process would work
