Error starting IDT in Windows XP

My IDT [information Design Tool] use to work just fine, I haven't used in a couple of months and now when I launch it, I get this error when I try to start it

------

Middleware unavailable (client)Interface requested not found : csLIB

com.sap.connectivity.cs.core.CSError: Interface requested not found : csLIB

...............

Caused by: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Program Files\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86\cs_jni.dll: The specified procedure could not be found

---------

And I looked in my folder structure and this file "cs_jni.dll" is present.

I can launch IDT if I click "close" on the error, but I find that I can't use any JDBC, ODBC or any other DB drivers to connect to any database. Can't connect to my HANA DB either.

And I believe the initial startup error is the main problem. When I try connect to any DB I I get a very similar error:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sap/connectivity/cs/interfaces/SSOService

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sap.connectivity.cs.interfaces.SSOService

Please help. I am also attaching a screenshot of the error.
