Pricing confitions in VK12/13

Hello!

Has anyone tracked down how SAP (4.6C) determines which pricing condition value for a particular price condition is used when a sales order is created?

I know the key combinations are maintained in VK13 and it uses a top-down methodology to come up with the value, but I have been unsuccessful in finding a function through debugging that will do it for me.

The reason I am looking for it is that we need a report to show the difference between the price condition value on the sales order and the price condition value from VK13. Any other suggestions for the report would be welcome as well, since I am not starting it until tomorrow.

Points aplenty for anyone who can get me going in the right direction!!
