BW 3.5 sp11, sp12 Browser Problem

Hi,

We installed SP11 & 12 into our BW 3.5 system this weekend. When the users came in on Monday some of them could not run queries through the Bex browser. When they would select a query the Bex analyzer would open but the query would not, but if you select "open query" form the menu the login prompt comes up and the query will open. We can open any query from Bex analyzer on the affected machine but not through the Bex browser. Has anyone had a similar problem? Please help.
