do we need any PCR for Appraisals?
If you mean PCR as Personnel Calculation Rules, then NO. PCRs are not in use in Performance Appraisal System.
As I've written in my previous reply, please state what do you wish to do and I'll try to instruct you.

At the moment my manager do the Appraisal of employees manually,now they want to do appraisal through system here is individual appraisal system and some objectives are defined now please tell me the process?

Hi,
Configuration will be the same for all with little modification in the status flow.
In this, where are all the participants(appraisal,part appraisal and further participant) will put rating to the employee based on his work performed.
This is called 360 degree appraisal system.
Go to the transcation phap_catalog or ooam. you will get to know.
standard appraisal process is their called 'personnel appraisal', click on that you wil get to know.
