How can I retrieve unicode characters with c program and librcf32.dll

Hi,

I know this my not be the appropriate dicussion, but I could find a better one.

I try to retrieve special characters from SAP with a C programm. My problem is that I get all "normal" Characters, but no special character. Do I have to use the unicode dll. As far as I understood the manual this is not necessary.

The program is very old and was created by the generation, which was in 4.7 available in SE37.

Is anybody out there, who could help me. A code snippet i.e. would be great, or any hint, what I'm doing wrong. Do I have to use a special type in the C program?
