Launchpad not rendering the Menu in Portal

Dear Friends,

I am facing an issue that the standard launchpad (ABAP-Webdynpro) in ECC (Role: ESS + Instance: MENU) is not rendering the standard menu in portal, it shows the below error.

I have assigned the standard ESS user role (SAP_EMPLOYEE_ESS_WDA_1) for the user at Tx-PFCG.

This problem exists only for Webdynpro ABAP role in the portal but the previous version is working perfectly.

What might be the reason for this issue ? Please guide me, I will be awaiting your response.
