Receiver IDOC adapter in AAE problem

Hi Friends,

I have faced a problem on the receiver JAVA IDOC adapter(AAE).

the communication channel looks working fine whereas i got this error in the adapter engine monitor in RWB :

IDoc: Error before sending : IDocException com.sap.conn.idoc.IDocParseException: (7) IDOC_ERROR_PARSE_FAILURE: IDoc type "" within the control record does not match IDocXML root tag <DELVRY05>: state=READING_ENDTAG, charPosition=501, lineNumber=1, columnNumber=502

The IDOC DELVRY05 has beem imported into ESR and the metadata has been imported into XI via IDX2. whereas the system still can not recognise the IDOC type. Which step is missed?

in the communication channel configuration part, in the Optional Parameters tab page, 'From NWA' is used in the field Metadata Client Parameters.

the JCA connection factory has been filled here and maintained in NWA.

btw, can i use 'default' instead?

Hi Stephen,

This problem is solved by an OSS Note 1736292 - Idoc_error_parse_failure Java IDoc_AAE. Also, before the Note was even created, I took part in a discussion over this problem in the topic below:
