Problem with SmartViewerActiveX.asp on IIS 7.5

I am using SmartViewerActivex.asp in a classic ASP website to display Crystal Reports with graphics.  I just migrated to Windows Server 2008 R2 running IIS Ver. 7.5 and the report will not load.  I get a blank grey screen with only the toolbar showing.  Has anyone else run into this problem?  This is urgent, I've already spent about 2 weeks and have not found an answer.

I found your post in an incorrect forum so I moved it here (SAP Crystal Reports - Legacy SDKs).

From your description, I am assuming you are using the Report Designer Component SDK. This SDK was retired in CR XI R2 (11.5) and never supported Win 2008 Server. However, there are reported woprk-arounds that I have documented in this blog.

See if that helps. If not, you will either have to install the app on WIN 2003 Server, or upgrade to CR 2008 + and update your app to CR SDK for .NET or Java.
