Telephony workmode flip Ready to Not Ready automatically

Hi There,

Our CSRs reporting that when they are in call with customers their status automatically changing from ready to not ready and even sometimes grayed out. could some one help me out on this.

from SAP, we tried our best to find out but no luck. Our CTI vendor also is of no use.so any inputs would really appreciate.

    Hi NVS,

    If you check the ICI logs, can't you see from where the status change command is coming from?
