Dear all,
we are currently struggling with the mass import functionality in GRC AC 10 SP 09. In particular:
- Mass import of business role attributes (standard attributes + custom attributes) via Frontend (Error: "error when uploading, the file name is invalid or the file is too large") with a file of 13 kb
- Mass import of organizational value maps
- Mass import of prerequisites for roles
- Mass import of role owners
- Mass import of mitigating controls
We are looking into LSMW or older programs for migration purposes we could reuse for this purpose. Any advice is highly appreciated.
Kind regards,
R.H.
Dear all,
thanks for your replies.
the mass upload of business roles is currently analyzed by SAP, according to the latest information there will be an OSS message created.
We are working on the other topics via LSMW for the moment.
Kind regards,
R.H.

Regarding the mass import or Org maps, SAP's current stance is that you can enter them all manually. I had a discussion on this with a couple members of their product dev team and they are "considering" adding a feature for this in a future SP.
In the mean time your only real option for mass loading org maps is an ECATT or VBScript to load the maps through SAP GUI.
It would be nice if SAP released some official tools for mass loading data into the system.

Hi R.H,
See if SCN discussion File Upload UI element: Error when uploading; the file name is invalid helps resolve your issue.

Hi R.H.,
Kindly check the SAP note 1736212-FileUpload: File is not uploaded.
