ITSM: mail comes from processor - not from support mail

Hello,

I'm using Solution Manager 7.1 SPS06 ITSM module, for service management.

I've setup it to e-mail our user when his incident ticket status is changed.

But the e-mail, he receives, comes from the processor of the ticket (who changes that status), not from our main support e-mail (which I've setup in SICF transaction -> SAPConnect virtualhost-> service user assigned to the logon data, who has our main support e-mail assigned in his SU01 profile).

How can I change it, so all mails come from main support e-mail?
