Does anyone know whether there are some Business Content extractors for the survey data in CRM. My CRM colleagues have setup surveys using the CRM_SURVEY_SUITE transaction and it would seem to store at least some of this data in the table CRM_SVY_DB_SVS, but not all. However I cannot find any standard extractors to extract all the survey data.
There are extractors for the web survey stuff but the CRM_SURVEY_SUITE transaction does not appear to be a web survey.
Any help would be much appreciated on this.
We are using CRM 4.0 with BW 3.5
Thanks
David
Hello BW guru,
I am having the same issues with 0SVY_DATA_1 for CRM 7.0 It seems like the extraction is loading XML translated data and it doesn't make sense. Does any know how to extract CRM Survey Suite data?
Any help is appreciatedm,

Hi David!
What you will propably see is that the business content for surveys does not allow analysis based on the business partners that are associated to the survey. We use this functionality in CRM3.1 and thought this was a big limitation. A crucial question is of course "who gave what answer on that question?". What you can do to overcome this, is to create a generic datasource based on a view that joins the tables:
CRMD_ORDERADM_H <-> CRMD_LINK <-> CRMD_SURVEY
You can also use the CHANGED_AT field for delta capability.
Kind Regards
Andreas

0cust_c1
and a lot more ... This is just a list of cubes I could find ....
You can also go through best practices for more info on the same

Hi David,
I am facing a problem similar to that of yours for the CRM survey suit extraction.what was the configuration setting missing in CRM that you have mentioned. What were the "Survey Attributes" that you had maintained in the transaction CRM_SURVEY_SUIT ( TAB: Technical Settings) ?
Regards
Manish

Hi Prasad,
I did not get any reply David. For the DataSource 0SVY_DATA_1 you have to configure the transaction CRM_SURVEY_SUITE wherein you have to choose the application for which you are configuring the survey.
Once you have Created/Configured the survey and Maintained Survey Attributes you can test the DataSource via RSA3.
I do remembver seeing a lot of cockpits and datasources for Web Surveys ... check in Business content and more so in help.sap.com ..
