We upgraded our SAP Oracle from 9i to 10g more than 1 year.
Can I drop the /oracle/PRD/sapinst folder ?
It occupies about 11GB and there is nearly 100% full on the /oracle/PRD mount point.
So, if sapinst folder is no longer to be used, I will drop it and release its 11GB free space to /oracle/PRD.
You can delete the folder sapinst . It is not a standard directory under /oracle/PRD and not required for the system operation .
