Cannot activate streamwork account

Hi,

i´m not able to activate my streamwork account. My sap-all-user got disabled accidently, maybe it has something to do with that.

I already tried activating the account again, but without success.

I clicked the link in the mail (Password reset) and reset my password. After submiting I was redirected to the "Accept page" again.

Reset Password -> Accept -> Set Password -> Accept and so on...

Can you please assist?

Hello Christian,

As per the update from you the issue is no resolved-

now it works, so no more action from your side is required.

I tried it again, this time my account was not activated and I could go to all activation steps and setup a new password.

Hello Christian,

There are several records of 'Christan Gross' registered in SAP StreamWork.

I will send you a direct message, can you please reply to it with your correct e-mail address.

I will then investigate from my side and send you a password reset link.

Update:

I have received a DM from you and have activated a password reset, which will be sent to your e-mail address.

Please update me afterwards stating if it has resolved the issue or not.
