IGS chart caption for multibype-languages

Hi

I am working on a problem with wrong Chinese display of captions in web query chart, everything displays fine in web query except the captions in chart(even mouse-over on the captions works fine for Chinese display in chart), the captions display like "nnnnn" instead of Chinese character.

The server is NW04 BW35 with SEM40 add-on, IGS version is updated to 6403.0.10.0, BW frontend is updated to 3500.5.028.

Someone ever suggests me to adjust the java settings in IE, however still not work:-(

Is anybody here can give me a hint?
