As per this SAP Note - The profile parameter ztta/max_memreq_MB needs to be updated to resolve the SYSTEM_NO_ROLL dumps.
My question is .. It this "ztta/max_memreq_MB" a User Profile Parameter or a System Parameter.

Neither "user profile parameter" nor "system parameter" but "profile parameter".

It means you need to update it in Instance Profile. Just go to RZ10 -> Select you instance profile and update the parameter and respective value. You need to restart your SAP instance for the changes to take effect.
