Enable field (urgency, impact, etc...)

Hi. I open new incident (ZMIN) and have fields diabled. I need enabled or disabled a field in a particular state. I need to edit the field to make it editable in some states and not be so in another.

My SM version is 7.1 and I cant find how to modify in SPRO.

Someone can help me to change this?

Thanks,

Juan.

Hi,

First you need to maintain the setting using SPRO as shown in

http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-30432

Second thing is to check whether your user has necessary authorization to edit these field. Pls go through the security guide to check the Auth/Roles required.

Also confirm that AI_CUSTOMIZING piece list activation was done successfully in Basic Configuration in solman_setup.

Vivek
