                       I too got the same ERROR, but let me tell you its not the error actually. Its because you have not provided the available AGENT's name in the USER DECISION's DECISION tab...

Please check it and reply for my answer.

Go to the workflow log (via SWI1 or SWI2_DIAG) and find out what the error message is.

That's not the error message, go to SWI2_DIAG and double-click on its entry to see the message.
