LSO - Course Appraisal Template

Dear Experts,

Unable to get the course appraisal template in learning portal - Completed Course???

1. I have created the Course Appraisal Template under PHAP_CATALOG (SAP Learning Solution)

2. Created relationship A/608 between Course Type (D) and Appraisal Template (VA) -  (via PP01 in the Planned Status 02)

3. Employee not able to see the appraisal template for the completed course in Portal?

Can you please guide me to achieve the above requirement. Thank in advance.

Hi Anbazhagan Natarajan,

Please check the following:

• Have you assigned the appraisal template to your course type?
• Course appraisal link would get displayed on the portal after a learner has successfully completed a course
• For course appraisal need to active BSP page than after completion of the course that BSP page can be called and will apper in portal

Hi Anbu,

1. Please verify that the Appraisal Template is released (you can do it by t-code PHAP_CATALOG).
2. Please check if it's not an authorizations problem (the relevant authorization object is P_HAP_DOC).
