Approver unable to Approve from Email

Hi Experts,

The approver has received the approval email to his lotus inbox. But when he clicks the Approve by email button. Nothing is happening.

We are using SRM 7.0 Offline Approval. Approver is having the required roles and authorization.

Please give me some idea to fix this issue.

    What do you mean by "Nothing is happening":

    1/ response mail is not generated ?

    In this case, this is a Lotus Notes settings problem. Indeed, with Outlook, options to disable link can be activated/deactivated. Same should exist in Lotus Notes.

    Check also settings concerning default browser used.

    2/ response mail is generated but WI status is not updated inside SRM ?

    Check hyper-link given by Florian and also OSS notes dealing with /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND report.
