Hi All,

I am facing an issue with MDIS server. Files are not moving to Archive whereas logs are getting piled up with all the updates.

Please take a look at below trace and check whether there is an answer in your scabbard for this issue.

Hi Raj,

Can you please let me know if you had connected to this port previously(for checking some value exception or something else)?

Also can you please check if there is any connection still existing for Import Manager for this repository in which you are facing this issue. You can check the connections in Console system by connecting to repository and clicking on Connections table.

Please let me know soon. Thank you.

Hi Raj,

When you say "files are not moving to archive" do you mean Ready continues to have those files or Archive folder cannot be written with new files. Please check and update.

Thanks,

Ravi
