Shipment questions

Hi all,

I have few questions as below:

1, Can shipment costing can be done without purchase order or without incomplete purchase order?

2, Is shipment and transport order same?

3, Is shipment costing related to transport order?

4, In order to archive shipment cost and transport order What all the order document which is inter linked or tied?

It would really appreciate if someone can answer these questions or give link to document which explains.

Hi Ravi,

Answers to your questions :

1. Shipment cost document cannot be done without PO/Incomplete PO.

2. Shipment Costing is not same as transport order (I am not sure what transport order is, but shipment costing is defenetly not the order.  This is a cost document)

4. Shipment costing document is linked to Shipment document and service entry sheet
