Download de XML - /XNFE/COLLECT_DOCUMENTS atraso no download

Boa Tarde.

Estou investigando alguns casos onde o xml está disponível na SEFAZ AN, porém /XNFE/COLLECT_DOCUMENTS parece ter só encontrado o documento vários dias depois. Com isso o manifesto e download demoraram à ocorrer.

Para a grande maioria das notas, não há demora.

Os job com a /XNFE/COLLECT_DOCUMENTS roda duas vezes ao dia.

O job de evento de confirmação também está funcionado.

Abaixo um exemplo onde a nota entrou na SEFAZ AN no dia 01/12/2016, porém a /XNFE/COLLECT_DOCUMENTS só encontrou o documento no dia 22/12.

Alguma ideia de onde posso conferir mais para tentar descobrir o que causa isso?

2131912 - KBA [3.10] Best practices for new distribution webservice of NF-e

For the Preprocess of NF-e Summary, there are three new steps (you can check the documentation for further details):

1. GRC will create an entry in the header table with this summarized information that SEFAZ sends in the first time.
2. Some validations are done.
3. The event of Operation Acknowledgement is sent to SEFAZ.

If this event is authorized, then this preprocessing will be set to completed. Then, on the next time program /XNFE/COLLECT_DOCUMENTS runs, SEFAZ should return the complete XML file for those NF-es in which the operation acknowledgement event is authorized, and the process will be then redetermined, and the same happens when receiving this via B2B. If the XML file is received via B2B in the meantime, the first one will be processed and the other one will be ignored.
