Setup of VMI planning using SNP?

Hi Experts,

I have implemented SNC customer collaboration , now had a chance to have look at SNP as VMI solution , i have not been able create a scenario

have gone thorough SAP help too but not successful

Do we have any document that explains the setup in lucid language ?
