Device Connection failed through relay server

Hi All,

We have configured relay server on IIS and opened outbound port on 8443. RSOEs are running fine in SCC. I created an application connection with no application id, no domain and default security configuration(admin) to check if I am able to connect my device through relay server. But when I try to connect from device I don't see any connection established. In device management log I got following message.

NotifyMMSAfterReRegistration: Notification skipped because it was not activated (empty device name). User: Narasimha Device: DeviceId: 25 security Config: admin

DevId=25 changes detected

Kindly provide any suggestions on this. Thanks in advance.
