WebI Prompts(on direct BICS) not coming in LiveOffice

Hello,

I am on BO 4.0 SP4.

I have created a WebI report directly on Bex query(BICS) which has few Bex variables.

Now i am trying to integrate this WebI report to Dashboard 4.0 via LiveOffice.

After i insert WebI report into LiveOffice, and i refresh it, but the WebI prompts(i.e. Bex variables) are not coming up in LiveOffice.

Is it not a supported feature for LiveOffice on top of a WebI(on direct BICS) ?

Any alternate suggestion on this? I need ultimately to connect this WebI to Dashboards. Pls advise asap.

This behavior is by design in BO4.0. You can vote for the idea mentioned in the notes as this is a very important feature.
