Hello gurus,

I have just installed the "SAP MII Alert and KPI Management using Adobe Flex " proyect .  I decided to create a dummy transaction to see if the two actions blocks were created ( SAP MPM Generica and SAP UME ) .  I created a block with the GetActualUserInfo action .  I runned the transaction and gave the following errors :

  • [INFO] Started Execution: '09/10/2012 16:35:18'
  • [WARN] [GetActualUserInfo_0] Skipping execution of output links due to action failure.
  • [ERROR] [GetActualUserInfo_0] Action: Runtime threw an exception. Exception: [while trying to invoke the method java.util.List.iterator() of an object loaded from local variable 'names']
  • [ERROR] Uncaught exception from GetActualUserInfo_0, while trying to invoke the method java.util.List.iterator() of an object loaded from local variable 'names'
  • [INFO] Transaction Completed '09/10/2012 16:35:18'
  • [INFO] Statistics [Load = 11 ms msec, Parse = 9 ms, Execution = 11 ms, Total = 43 ms]

Any suggestion ? Best Regards,

Hello gurus,

I made some progress today .  I attached the database .   I create a role with a name "XMII Administration" and assigned to my MII user .   I runned the alert administration page and received the following message :

"Your user does not have permissions to perform administrative functions . Change your role assigments"

Any suggestions ? Thanks and best regards,

Hi Fernando,

I know you provided this information in a different thread, but could you provide the installation's MII version, SP, and Build.  Also provide the NW version and SP.  Probably ought to get in the habit of including it in each thread you open.

Thanks, Mike

Hi Fernando,

Just you add the two Roles such as "XMII Administrators" and "XMII Users" then you assign the user with these role. Now you will not get the error above.
