dbacockpit Transaction compatible or not with R3 4.7 Basis release 620 ?

Hi Expert,

I am new to SAP, we have our R3 system 4.7 with Basis component release 620 and level 0062: my queries are as follows,

1. When i execute transaction dbacockpit it gives a message like No system or enabled or configured check the system registration.Is this release and patch level is compatible to execute this transaction or not?.

2.How i overcome this issue (resolve), is upgrading the BASIS release will work if yes then to which level?

3.If i execute dbacockpit in my production system to fetch data, by any means it will impact the system performance?. Please provide your expert view on this.

The DBACOCKPIT is available since SAP NW 7.0 SR3 which means it is available as of SAP_BASIS release 700 Support package 12.

Till you upgrade to atleast to the above level , you will not be able to find DBACOCKPIT.
