I have an issue in IC web client. we are on CRM EHP1. I have assigned Business Context function profile to my Business Role.
i am not able to link the Email in Service request.
I confirmed an account
Created a service request
went to email and send the email to customer through Service request.
when i check the Business context AB in Service request, i don't see the email link.
Please suggest how to get the link in the SR Business context AB.
