Sales Order Replication Based On Status

Hi Experts,

              I would like to replicate the sales order created in CRM system to ECC, based on the status of sales order. The scenario is sales order is created in CRM, the manager has to approve the sales order. After approval of sales order, then only it should replicate to ECC system. How can we address this scenario. I am eagerly waiting for your valuable suggestions.

Hi,

You can achieve this using status management. In the status profile assigned to the sales order transaction type, for the user status approve allow "to be distributed".

You ca find this when you double click o the status add this business transaction as shown below:
