While posting goods issue for a delivery, I'm getting an error: BK134 (CO account assignments have different profit centers).

Hi,

I'm trying to setup CO-PA in my system. I've executed all the steps required to generate CO-PA customizings but when I try to test it by creating order and posting goods issue, I get this error:

Error no.:  BK134 (type 'E').

Error:        CO account assignments have different profit centers

Can anybody help?

Hi Ashish,

There is no need to go for OSS note, in standard syatem profit centre is dervied from two ways

First from Material Master

Second from your G/L cost element-for this you need to take help of FICO & find out which G/L account is assigned for cost of good sold & inventory-finished product, this G/L are your G/L cost elements for this in OKB9 profit centre are assigned.

So check wht profit centre in material master

What is assigned in OKB9

You may need to revisit the configurations done for this. Discuss with your FI/CO specialist on this. I could not find any related OSS note for this error message, which happens during delivery goods issue. I see only one note on SD side related to this error message Note 646412 - SD: Profit center from account assignment  but I am not sure whether this will help . I still strongly feel you need to revisit the configuration done in your system.

If you still does not find a solution, post your query in FI/CO forum.
