double click the PO number, it will take you to the PO (if you have permission to display the PO), here you can see the tolerances
if you have no permission, then there is no chance to see it when doing the receipt, In this case the receiver has to speak with the buyer to get a decision if it is a partial receipt or the complete delivery. In case of complete delivery, the PO need to be amended to make the receipt happen.
