Hi folks
I was wondering if we could do a hyperlink from one webi to another where my summary report is a crosstab
For eg
assembled deployed deleted
A 10 20 15
B 2 3 4
C 5 16 11
and the structure looks like
=[Status]
=[Group] =(count[CIName])
So basically when I press 10 I need to see all 10 CI's with group A and status=assembled.
Hope I made the point clear.I am using
ProductName=SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 Client Tools SP3
MsiMajorVersion=3
MsiMinorVersion=0
MsiBuildNumber=2600
BuildVersion=12.3.0.601.
and the datasource is RDBMS
I would really appreciate if you could help me out here.
Thanks in advance.
Hi Josh,
It could be possible if you add hyperlink on (Count[CIName]) and pass the prompt values from [Group] and [Status] object to this link. Your sub report should contain two prompts which will take [Group] and [Status] vaules.In this report you can add the details which you would like to display for the Group and Status.
e.g. If your subreport contains Group and Status as Promptnames you can use lsSGroup=[Group] &lsSStatus=[Status] in the hyperlink
Please let me know if it helps.
Thanks,
Swati

Hi Swati
One more question.I had some cross tabs blank so I wrote the count as 0 for those blank cells and others had real count.When I press the values it is working.
But till now I have been using the java view since I was modifying the report.Now when I view the report except for the cells with "0" the hyperlink shows the URL and not the real Count.
I went back and tried to see but the Read Content as hyperlink is checked.So what can be a solution if I need to remove this error.
Cheers!
