Approval Decision Report - Pending approval

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone has come across this before - a document has been sent through the approval process and has been approved (only one approval needed) however in the approval decision report it says the document is pending?

Hi Kate,

This report is designed mainly for users. It is not for document. One document may have more than one status based approvers' action.

Hi Kate,

Your required information is available in "Answer" column instead of "Status".

If you have set more than One Authorizers with only One Approval is required. Then in this report the approval by any one of the users would be presented in Green color with the "Approved" in the "Answer" column. While the other users who do not respond yet would be presented in black color with "Pending" in the "Answer" column. And if anyone reject this then that user would be presented in Red color with "Not Approved" in the "Answer" column.

The status column shows the information about the status of document whether it is "Generated" or still "Pending".

Hi Kate,

Status of the document and authorization, namely:

• Pending – The status of a transaction awaiting approval.
• Approved – The status of a transaction that has been approved, but not yet converted from a draft to a regular document.
• Not Approved – The status of a transaction that has not been approved.

In your Case still there is a stage to get approved.. hope helpful.
